I actually downloaded a song from this and listened to it. OK not all 17:45 of it, but as soon as the Ecstacy kicks in, I'm going right back there and finish that baby off!!
I saw it more as mental sandpaper, it will just rub all those rough edges right off, and if you were in the right head space, that could be a good thing!
